Safe to say we are having a busy summer so far with 4x4 Conversions. The high roof is next on the chopping block now that the other 4 are completed.

Developing a couple new skidplates for the Ford Transit platform last week. We now have a 2 piece full length Intercooler and Engine skidplate system to offer. Previous variations from other companies do not protect the oil cooler and hose that hangs down too low. This new skidplate system covers everything all the way to the suspension crossmember.

Another 19RD completed with a list of options. Front bumper and grill guard. lighting. winch. AT3 tires. fender flares. . shocks. And our dash panel kit for the switch panel.

Adding 4x4, bumpers, lights and a winch to a low mileage ex army vehicle was a please in this rig. Along with 34" Falken tires. fender flares. Storage box in the dual swingout rear bumper. And 5100 shocks including dual steering shocks.

That's a wrap on the 40" tire Chevy van for now. After alot of cutting and trimming they fit. This was a one off build for a customer in Vancouver. It features fully custom front suspension geometry with a highsteer knuckle and top mounted drag link. Custom built radius arms with Lifetime Heims. swaybar disconnects. locking hubs. Eaton E-locker in the front with 4.88 gears. Out back to get the flex and height we did a shackle flip, turned the overload spring upside down, and installed a 3" lift block with a set of longer 5100 shocks. The van is rolling on a set of 17" beadlocks and 40"
We were able to mate an old-school NP241 transfercase to the rear of the 8l90 transmission. Low range seems predictable and slow in first gear for a good crawl ratio. Helped by the torque of the deisel engine.

This van will likely be back in the future for a 10.5 full float rear diff swap along with a list of other items im sure.

As a local business owner on Mt Paul Way we urgently are asking for everybody's support on this topic of getting the Red Bridge rebuilt. Please take 5 minutes and complete the form starting June 3rd. Or better yet attend the open house for yourself and show support for our community.

Just this morning there was a 4 car pile up in the fast lane waiting to turn left into Mt Paul from the highway. The amount of traffic is overwhelming the highway and current infrastructure without the Red Bridge in place any longer.
