To our valued clients! Fall is coming! Time to shift gears and think about booking an appointment to change your tires over! You can book ahead of time and make sure you secure a spot. If you wait till the snow flies chances are you will not get in the same day. We offer a complimentary brake, steering and suspension with every tire change over we perform! We offer tire storage for $69.95 per season or $139.95 per year(limited space)!

Hope all of our clients are hanging in there. All of our lives have changed and some of us have adjusted better than others. I am very thankful to still have my job! A day doesn’t go by when I am not great full for my coworkers, clients and all the other people that make our business successful. This includes local parts stores and their staff, tool sales and repair men, parts drivers, couriers, the IT people who maintain and repair our computer programs. It takes a village to get our job done! Thank-you all!

With winter right around the corner is your vehicle ready? Are your brakes in good working order, tires safe, coolant strength ok for winter temperatures, belts in good condition, has your battery and block heater been tested? Have you verified your 4 wheel drive works if equipped? As with engine oil it is important to change your transmission, differential, power steering and brake fluids at least every 80-100,000km. These fluids much like engine oil are meant to lubricate and cool the moving metal parts. Over time these fluid break down and do not efficiently do their job which can lead to catastrophic part failure that can be expensive. Don't be left out in the cold! Be prepared! We are here to help!

Been a while since we have reached out to our clients. Learning to live in this new environment has been trying for everyone. We all hope you are still finding things that make you happy and if you were laid off or your business affected by Covid you are slowly recovering or at least that's on the horizon. We have had to adapt as well and are very thankful for our clients that have stuck with us. We are back to normal operating hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and are booking appointment now! The people of Kamloops can't seem to get a break. Covid 19 pandemic, loss of jobs, kids aren't in school, fear of the unknown, running out of supplies, and now snow. Yes this is very serious but hang in there it will get better, be good to your neighbor and help when you can. We wanted to let you know we have chosen to keep our doors open. We are taking as many safety precautions as we can including wiping keys, fobs, steering wheels, handles and shifters with disinfectant wipes. Our front desk, debit machine and entry door are wiped down with every client that comes through the office. We will pick your car up and take payments over the phone if that makes you feel safer. Unfortunately we are not offering shuttle or a waiting room at this time for our staff's safety. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to call.

Many times I've been asked why our l**e oil and filter changes cost more than the express l**e shops. Our service includes a road test, inspection on hoist which includes tie rod ends, ball joints, sway bar links, control arms and related bushings, exhaust, shocks, struts, belts, hoses, mounts, frame, visual signs of fluid leaks, inspect engine and cabin filters, adjust tire pressures, inspect lighting, perform an oil change with premium oil and Wix filters. Our certified technicians note if there is anything that is dangerous and recommend up coming repairs and or maintenance that will be required in the future so you can plan for it. They are not pressured to create a sale and do not get paid on commission so up selling is not a benefit to them. Yes an appointment is required which is an inconvenience to some but remember we are more than happy to shuttle you to and from work or home. Let us look after the health of your car, light truck, class C motor home up to 22' or small utility trailer. We are certified to perform dealer recommended services on new vehicles. You do not have to go back to the dealer. Most sales associates will lead you to believe this can void your warranty. It's not true. Expensive and costly break downs will be less and you can drive your vehicle with confidence knowing it's been cared for with us here at Brock Auto Centre. Your safety matters to us! We offer 12 month/20,000km warranty on any new part we install. It also covers you outside of town if you run into trouble!

Come on spring! We are looking forward to warmer temperatures and Sunshine! Along with spring comes tire change overs! Book your spot today and avoid the rush! Your tires must legally have 3.5mm tread depth and not be cracked from age. Early May is recommended as a time line!
