Here's a little bit of the process of rebuilding the back of the model A.
It involved repairing the rust on the lower half of the chevy donor car, shifting the side windows back about 4", then taking the frames from the old Ford back half and forming pieces to lengthened them, then weld in. Mate the 2 together, and make the filler pieces for the old wheel openings, along with a bunch of messing around with the belt lines and body lines around the windows. Easy right! All to save some nearly 100 year old metal

I couldn't say no! I got an offer i couldn't say no to other this one. I saw this in front of a shop about 5 years ago and It had the basic ideas of a build I drew up about 25 years ago. It was rough, but there and came with a bunch of other goodies. Ive already lengthened it about 4" from what it was, re-chopped it, swapped out the whole back have to what actually started out as a chevy sedan ( came with it), filled in the old wheel tubs, repair a bunch of rust.
Still a bunch of work left but I have big plans.
It's a pickup, im going to build a custom frame, fenderless, high horsepower hilborn injected sbc. And a bunch more.
I have a bunch of progress photos that got it to this point ill be posting in the next few days

Here's a set of Stainless pipes I whipped up for a old school chopper a few weeks ago, I added a cool little flare on the tipsto make em a little different

Here's the custom dash for the kenworth, the owners putting in a modern set of guages and needed a much larger area to fit the new cluster, bit of a challenge to keep it as close to a old style dash as possible as well as fitting everything but I think it worked out well

Got something a little different finished up in the shop recently, 1956 kenworth cab in for some rust repairs, a hole in the roof filled, new floor, custom dash and a handful of other little modified to adapt into a modern frame.
