Ingersoll, we are thrilled to share how your enthusiasm and turnout at the first annual Hometown Hangout has turned into support for two amazing organizations in our community.

The Ingersoll Lions Club Beer Garden at Hometown Hangout raised $4500 for the Alexandra Hospital Foundation. Hometown Hangout has matched that donation, totalling $9000 in support for the Alexandra Hospital Foundation. In addition, Hometown Hangout is also donating $4500 to the Food Project, supporting their work across Oxford County. We are so thrilled to support both of these organizations and the important work they do in Ingersoll.

We can’t thank you enough for coming out to celebrate our hometown this past weekend. The success of the first-ever Hometown Hangout really speaks to the kind of community we have in Ingersoll. We have heard so much positive feedback and genuine excitement about our town. Thank you for sharing in this with us!

Our organizing committee is gathering next week to review the event and finalize our donations to our charity partners, which we will announce on Wednesday August 26. Stay tuned for more from the Hometown Hangout team!

🏁 Ingersoll Hometown Hangout is all coming together ! We have fencing for the Ingersoll Lion’s Club beer garden delivered by Ingersoll Rent-All and porta potties being delivered ! 🏁
