Bookkeeping & Service Advisor

True Centre Auto Care has proudly been a family-owned and operated business since 1999, providing honest, reliable automotive service to our community. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping & Service Advisor Assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Keeping track of car sales and logs
- Process invoices, payments, and customer transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow
- Prepare estimates and communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to pick-up
- Support office administration and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Our hearts at True Centre are full today! Melissa went to the Women in Crisis Shelter in Guelph and dropped all the donations we have received over the last few weeks off. We can't believe how many people were able to donate/help with this fundraiser and we are beyond grateful to everyone who did. From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank every single person who made a donation to this and we appreciate you so incredibly much!!!
