In light of the growing concerns surrounding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made drastic changes to our way of business. We want to thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we all make continuous adjustments and sacrifices together. TOGETHER, we can face the road ahead. We are taking a NO CONTACT approach at the dealership to make sure the safety of our staff and our Clubhouse guests have been looked after during these difficult times. In accordance with the Class Order from the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Health Unit, ALL EMPLOYEES AND CLUBHOUSE GUESTS ARE NOW REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE COVERINGS WHEN ENTERING OR REMAINING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL TIMES. We have implemented the following NO CONTACT procedures to protect everyone and keep the proper social distancing:
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
• We are currently accepting appointments either by phone or online. You can reach us using our online appointment scheduling, by email [email protected], or by calling us at 519-837-3020
• Our waiting area is now open with limited seating to ensure proper social distancing is maintained. To limit customer contact, we are asking customer that can LEAVE their vehicle to please do so using our NO CONTACT PROCEDURE through our Night Drop Off envelops. This procedure (listed below) can be used for those customers waiting for their appointment or for those dropping off their vehicle for day.
Service Department NO CONTACT procedure:
* Upon your arrival, call 519-837-3020 (ask for service) and one of our service staff will assist you over the phone to explain how to drop off and pick up your car, plus payment by credit card over the phone
* Our technicians are utilizing seat covers and gloves, and sanitizing main contact points
* All keys are put into plastic bags and sanitized before returning to customer
* We have temporarily suspended our courtesy shuttle service for your protection
PARTS DEPARTMENT
• One of our parts staff will assist you to with your parts needs, and explain how to pick up your parts with payment by credit card or debit preferred
SALES DEPARTMENT
• To ensure proper distancing, we are asking visitors to coordinate a pre-scheduled appointment to limit customer contact through our website, email [email protected], or by phone at 519-837-3020
