🏁 CORDUROY ENDURO 2026 — KOVE 800 vs. THE CORD! 🏁
What a weekend!
After successfully completing the Corduroy Enduro several times over the years, this year I wanted a new challenge — take on one of Canada’s toughest enduro races aboard the Kove 800.
And what a challenge it was. 🔥
Day 1: Lined up with roughly 700 competitors and finished 248th overall, racing the clock all day to avoid houring out. Couldn't be happier with the results.
Bottomless mud holes. River crossings. Rocks, roots, hills, hard enduro sections and endless single track — some of the roughest terrain Ontario has to offer.
And through it all, the Kove 800 was an absolute weapon. 💪
One of the coolest parts of the weekend was the reaction to the big bike. Spectators, volunteers and fellow racers absolutely loved seeing and hearing 🎶 the Kove 800 out in the wild, tackling the same terrain as the enduro bikes. There were plenty of cheers, laughs and surprised faces along the way — especially when the big 800 came charging through sections nobody expected to see an adventure bike in!
Day 2: The fatigue was real, and eventually I made it to the infamous Green’s Mountain.
That’s where I met my match.
I gave it everything I had, but eventually ran out of strength, skill and energy to get the big 800 through - Green’s Mountain won this round. 😂
And that’s what makes the Corduroy so special. No matter how many times you’ve finished it, there’s always another challenge waiting.
I couldn’t be happier with how the Kove 800 performed. Taking a big adventure bike through terrain like this was an absolute blast and really showed just how capable this machine is. No issues, no damage and ready for the next ADV adventure !
Unfinished business.
I’ll be back next year — bigger, better, stronger, and ready for another shot at Green’s Mountain. 👊🔥
Thankyou The Corduroy Enduro for continuing to build on this historic event and making it happen every year. And thanks to KOVE MOTO Canada for bringing these amazing ADV bikes to Canada for us all to enjoy 👌
