It is not uncommon to ship our products via large air carriers such as DHL or UPS to customers all over the world. Recently a customer needed a part urgently so we met him at our nearest paved runway at Valleyview, AB. What would have been a 48 hour delivery was completed in less than 2 hours from the time it left our plant to the customers truck.

*FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER*

J&S Farms is farm partnership and custom spraying operation located near Carrot River, Saskatchewan. Last year they bought a brand-new sprayer trailer, but the OEM light configuration failed to grab other motorists’ attention.

Owner, Steve Reimer says, “I had a massive problem with vehicles passing me on the left when turning left even when right up against the center line. I was concerned I was watching my mirrors so much that my rig was becoming a road hazard. The responsibility of human safety, the million-dollar sprayer, and $50,000 worth of chemical weighed heavy, so I went looking for a solution. The solution Star Fabrication provided has eliminated the problems I experienced with the OEM setup.”

With the broad variety of nationalities (Ukraine, Chile, Morocco, Philippines and more) at our truck parts plant we decided everyone should bring an ethnic dish to the Christmas lunch potluck. There was more than enough to eat and we all got to sample at least one dish we hadn't had before.
