Automotive Service Technician (Journeyman / Red Seal Preferred)
📍 Grande Prairie, AB
💰 Competitive Pay + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits

Stop settling for “just another shop.”

If you’re a skilled technician who takes pride in your work, values efficiency, and wants to be respected (not micromanaged), keep reading.

We’re not looking for someone who just “turns wrenches.”
We want a diagnostic thinker, problem solver, and professional who wants to be part of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Actually Do
Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately — not guess and swap parts
Handle everything from routine maintenance to complex drivability issues
Use modern diagnostic tools and stay current with evolving tech
Communicate clearly with service advisors (no telephone tag chaos)
Maintain clean, organized work habits
What We Expect (No Fluff)
Journeyman / Red Seal certification (or strong equivalent experience)
Strong diagnostic ability — you can explain why, not just what
Efficiency without cutting corners
Pride in workmanship — comebacks aren’t “part of the job” here
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team

If you’re the type who blames tools, management, or “bad luck” for poor performance — this isn’t your shop.

What You Get (This Is Where We’re Different)
💰 Top-tier pay based on skill — not just years
📈 Performance bonuses that actually reward productivity
🛠️ Modern, well-equipped shop (no fighting for tools or space)
🧠 Ongoing training — stay ahead, not behind
🕒 Consistent hours — no burnout culture
🏥 Full benefits package
🤝 A team that respects competence and pulls their weight
Why Top Techs Choose Us

Most shops say they value technicians — then overload them, underpay them, and ignore their input.

We run differently:

Systems that reduce chaos, not create it
Leadership that understands the trade
A culture where skill is recognized and rewarded
The Bottom Line

If you’re average, you’ll be uncomfortable here.
If you’re good, you’ll do well.
If you’re exceptional, you’ll thrive — and be paid accordingly.

Send your resume to [email protected] or drop by the shop.
If you’re serious about your career, we’ll know in the first conversation.

We’re Looking for a Brake/Suspension Automotive Technician Who Knows Their Craft!

Not every tech wants to spend their day buried in engine diagnostics or chasing electrical gremlins.

If you’re highly skilled in:
Brakes
Steering & suspension

General mechanical repairs

…we want to talk to you.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in doing quality work efficiently and correctly the first time.

Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work with a team

Journeyman / Red Seal certification is preferred, but not required.
If you have solid experience and can produce high-quality work, we care more about skill and attitude than titles.

📈 Bonus opportunities
🛠️ Well-equipped shop with steady workflow
🕒 Consistent hours
🏥 Benefits package
🤝 Supportive team environment without unnecessary drama
