Customer Service Representative for Splash Water Sports
Job Description:
Splash Water Sports is seeking a friendly and energetic customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and online inquiries, handling bookings, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle booking requests and process payments
- Provide detailed information on our products and services to customers
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
