Please make sure to complete the drop-off envelope with the following information:

✔️ Year, make, and model of your vehicle

Also, please remember to sign the bottom of the envelope!

📢 Attention North Coast Customers

If you are shipping your vehicle to TM Auto for service or repairs, please ensure that arrangements are made for the vehicle to be picked up from the dock and delivered to our facility. This can be done by a family member, friend, or a tow truck service arranged by the vehicle owner.

Please note that TM Auto will not be responsible for collecting vehicles from the dock or delivering serviced vehicles back to the dock during the 2026 coastal shipping season.

The only exception will be for new and used vehicle sales purchased through TM Auto, which will continue to be delivered to the dock for our coastal customers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact our team prior to shipping your vehicle.
