First day of Grade 12 for Kale!

Kale has become a familiar face around Our Field Service Division. He has spent his summer working with Thomas on unit 01.

Kale has proven that he had bought into the program- whether it was waking up at 3AM to get on the road, or working till midnight- the kid always had a smile on his face and worked his bag off- with zero complaints.

Here is kale- on his first solo major. Removing a 924H transmission.

Meet Carolann (and Adaline)!

Carolann is a Journeyman Parts Technician with 15 years in the Industry- 10 of which were dealership.

She has become a familiar face around the shop as she helps get our parts systems in place as we expand.

Adaline is the Big Boss- Much like her dad- she’s not afraid to tell someone what she thinks.

These two are attached at the hip and come as a package- a package we are very lucky to have!

Hadley makes up 50% of the ownership Group of Rogue Diesel Inc. and Is a founding partner.

A hard man to spot in the wild- he spends most of his time at the shop making sure work keeps flowing. You might catch him at the golf course once in a blue moon- but if you’re looking for him he’s probably at the shop.

“Uncle Hadley” has become a big mentor to the younger generation & to the younger members of our team.

The Rogue-Tator making a Fresh L9 Cummins block like a toy.

A joint venture with North Force Industrial LTD, we are developing an Alternative to the OTC Revolver.

With a 100:1 worm gear drive, it makes spinning a fully dressed C15 a breeze. We are working on electric drive options and removable tool/parts trays.

Stay tuned as we work the kinks out and finalize the design before this goes into a Production run.

Meet our Employee of the Month- Kale C.

Kale is 17 going into Grade 12. He started as a shop hand at the beginning of the school year and is quickly moving up the ranks. Kale is registered in the Sask Youth Apprenticeship Program and hopefully will continue to a full apprenticeship when he Graduates.

Kale is pictured here working on some very big iron. He says “it’s not about the size it’s about how you use it”

(Kale is also our only employee so its a pretty easy competition to win lol)
