As part of our team The Service Advisor is the dealership's front-line customer relations and service representative.
Responsibilities Include:
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Handle customer transactions accurately, ensuning proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial exchanges
• Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership setting is highly preferred.
• A background in mechanics or automotive service is advantageous, providing solid foundation for understanding customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail in financial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
• Join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back!
