Another busy year has come and and gone and once again we are coming into our busy season again!

We are currently hiring motivated and eager people to join our team!

We offer competitive pay packages and a one on one small company atmosphere where your just not a number but part of the family!

We are currently hiring for snow removal, all sites located in the city of Guelph.

- Labourers for walkways
- Heavy equipment operators (Deere tractor experience preferred but not required)

Hours are dependent on weather but more hours can be there for the right candidate.

Also hiring in our trucking division;

Very competitive pay package for industry. Can be worked around for candidates preference.

Local end dump work within southern Ontario we do it all from grain to salt to contaminated soil and everything in between as needed.
Home 95% of nights and every weekend.

Requirements

Minimum 3 year experience driving AZ vehicles (insurance mandated)
Good understanding of industry
Self starter and punctual
Good communication skills
Ability to come to and from yard in Fergus with reliable transportation.

It’s that time of year again, pumpkin spice and apple cider. Which means sadly that snow is right around the corner once again!

We are currently hiring for general labours for sidewalks and machine operators for tractors or trucks. Valid G license is an asset with reliable transportation to and from work. We will be working based out of the Guelph location. Most work will be night work 9pm-7am with some work outside of those ranges but the ability to be available 24/7 on call is a must. The right candidates may be eligible for year round employment.

Merry Christmas to all! We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday season. But with that also being said we are currently hiring for multiple positions if you or someone you know would like to join our team!

If your looking for a good paying winter job and like the rush of working in extreme winter conditions that most people lose sleep at night worrying about the next day then we have a opportunity for you!

We are currently hiring for machine operators and for general labourers for our sidewalk crews for the Guelph area.

We offer small company one on one values with big company pay rates. Most positions are on call and mostly night work 9pm-7am ranges most of the time. Must be available 24/7 including holidays since we can’t predict the weather but we are quite reasonable if you need a day off here or there. Full time work may be available for the right candidate.

Applicants for snow removal must have a team working attitude and readiness to listen to basic instructions. A valid G license with a clean abstract or a DZ is an asset.

We are also looking to hire a full time year round truck driver for local work. Home most nights if not all nights. Duties would include delivering bulk products with a dump trailer (salt, dirt, contaminated etc.) cleaning out box between loads to avoid cross contamination as well and doing through vehicle inspections daily and reporting any defects with the vehicles. We pay all our drivers top notch pay.
Drivers will have option to work with snow removal running equipment to switch it up from time to time if they wish to do so. Clean AZ abstract and min 2 years experience preferred.
