Sometimes, even with proper preventative maintenance, the unexpected happens. Whether your vehicle won’t start or you’ve been involved in an accident, knowing what to do next can make all the difference. Here’s a way to handle one of these stressful situations calmly and confidently:

Breakdowns — if you discover a large puddle of oil under your vehicle or it simply won’t start at home, at work, or in a parking lot, call us right away. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can help you determine the next steps and potentially prevent further damage.

Understanding Alignment Angles

Did you know there are three primary alignment angles that technicians adjust?

The Caster is viewed from the side of the vehicle. This is the angle of the steering axis drawn through the upper and lower ball joints. It affects steering stability and cornering.

The Camber is viewed from the front of the vehicle, this is the inward or outward tilt of the top of the tires. Incorrect camber can cause uneven tire wear.
The Toe is viewed from above, and toe refers to the direction the tires are pointed — either inward (toe-in) or outward (toe-out). Incorrect tow settings are a common cause of rapid tire wear.
Technicians use the vehicle’s adjustable suspension components to correct these angles. After making the adjustments, they typically take the car for a test drive to ensure everything feels right.
