Thank you to all my loyal customers for supporting me over the last 20 years. It is time for me to move onto a new chapter. I will be closing Horsepower Solutions immediately to begin this new journey.

We did not get the big cheque at the end of the weekend in x275 but our boy Max Nielsen managed to seal the deal in Limited street. Once again proving that the big ET may look good on the scoreboard but the person behind the wheel can decide who turns on the win light 😉 We had some killer drag races, some heart break losses and learned a ton just like usual . I am beyond proud of what this group of people did at DoorWarz13 in the fastest west coast x275 field of all time. I want to thank you all for trusting me with your program, some of them I do everything, some I just provide consultation or dyno tuning. ALL of you are appreciated!

The showed up and showed out.

I’ve been doing this for a while now on every type of platform including Fuel tech. With that said you can ALWAYS continue to learn and continue to improve upon what you think you already know.

This time the learning was done down in beautiful Georgia where I headed to Fuel Tech USA headquarters for a week to absorb anything more that I could.

Saw some cool things, talked with some cool people and most importantly learned things that can be applied to my customers programs to make them faster, stronger, more reliable etc!

Another one that started as a basic project and turned into a BIG one. This beautiful 1960 Impala was originally built for an NFL player down south and although the car was a very high $$ beautiful build it left a lot to be desired for both the performance and reliability department.

The new owner contacted us to help improve that situation! We started by completely re-wiring the car front to back, added a newer Holley EFI system as well as Magnuson Supercharger boost maker up top, vintage air, big stereo all kept clean and OEM looking as possible . This thing now cruises and performs as good as it looks with 700+ hp on tap!

Limited street KILLER and long time friend and customer Max Nielsen recently brought in his bad ass little 76mm T4 283” mod motor for some work on the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers pro hub. With some m**hodical testing and changes we were able to find a fair bit more power in this old street engine.

Everything about the combo was identical between these runs besides the turbocharger(both s400 based 76mm T4). Red was the best we could muster up before green was this go around. Full runs off the trans brake exactly how the car runs at the race track!
Less boost, less dome pressure, less timing, way more power everywhere.

Another fun out of the ordinary project. This bike came to us after another shop had it for a LONG time with no progress.

This 570 wheel horsepower monster received the following:

Complete Motec install for engine management
Custom engine harness
Aim Motorsports dash/logger
AMS2000 boost control
Water m**h injection
Air shifter,tune selection switch
Scavenge pump,fuel pump water pump, various additional sensors for data logging etc

We don’t JUST do LS stuff, race stuff or even car stuff.

This is the course that I help de-mystify some of the more difficult aspects of Holley EFI as well as power and chassis management. We will cover various advanced topics on subjects like traction control, wheelie control, fuel and spark management for high boost high Horsepower applications, various sensors and data acquisition and MUCH MUCH more. Another weekend, another successful course! This time we packed up the dyno and headed to Southern Alberta to a great friend and customers shop Clarkes Tires.

We had a full class and even got to step on a 6.0 with stock gen3 internals a little bit.

November 9/10 I am bringing our Holley Efi Basics course to Lethbridge Alberta. We will also be bringing our Mainline Pro Hub dyno with us.

Learn all about your , Sniper, Terminator X, HP, or Dominator as well as how to tune and diagnose issues.

Cost for the course is $550+ gst and includes the following:

One full day of classroom learning (9am-5pm)
One day of hands on Dyno Tuning (9am-3pm normally)
Lunch, snacks and drinks both days
