Namaste folks😊 been awhile so here's a post..
On a recent trip to the lower mainland of B.C., I happened to run into a headlight water problem. Chrysler does have tech notes released on this problem and to diagnosis this problem then need to run your vehicle with the head lights on for 20min. If water remains after that time they will replace your affected head light under warranty...provided you have warranty left of course.
Any who...had the most wonderful experience dealing with Jim Pattison Chrysler in Surrey. Just off Guilford drive and 104ave. The service advisors name, House...yep that's right House😊.
Definitely the opposite of the one played on t.v. Very friendly and just like the rest of the service and parts staff..dressed and performed like professionals.
I also took the opportunity to stroll around the show room and was able to some what see into the service bay area.
AMAZING!!! Huge INDOOR show room with close to 20 vehicles on display as well as displays of various performance and non performance parts as well as supplies, clothing and other collectable items. It definitely puts A LOT of other Chrysler dealerships to shame.
The cleanliness of the establishment was another wow factor. Wow in a good way. You could have eaten off of the floors in there. Free coffee or a bottle of water!! The only down side I came across was they did not have a food bar of some sort😳. How ever I am sure that if i walked in to one of the other 5 or 6 dealerships on the same block owned by the same individual I am sure I would have found one. The service manager was amazing as well. Unlike some of the slimeball ones I have run across over the years and not just at Dodge either.
Thanks Jim Pattison Chrysler and hats off to House, I would use you if even I didn't have a Chrysler product. Keep up the excellent job!!
