Detour Notice – Highway 6 Closure (October 20–24, 2025) 🚧

Please be advised that Highway 6 will be closed from Monday, October 20 to and including Friday, October 24, 2025. Temporary detours are now in place for traffic in both directions:

👉 Detour 1 – Light Vehicles (cars, pickups, SUVs)
• Northbound: Elizabeth St W → Queen St S → Saddler St W → back to Hwy 6
• Southbound: Saddler St W → Queen St S → Elizabeth St W → back to Hwy 6

👉 Detour 2 – Tractor Trailers
• Northbound: Glenelg/Southgate Townline → Concession 2 → Grey Rd 4 → back to Hwy 6
• Southbound: Grey Rd 4 → Concession 2 → Glenelg/Southgate Townline → back to Hwy 6

We are disappointed to make this post, but the time has come for a reminder. Our water and ice business operates on a simple principle, you pay for the product you take.

The honour system works if everyone participates. We understand that mistakes happen, and everyone is busy. We are truly thankful for our customers this season.

However, this morning a large quantity of water was taken and we’d appreciate if you come back and settle up for what you took.
