The 5th annual Sport & Recreation Fair is back at the Cowichan Sportsplex, May 2nd, 2026 from 11-3pm! 🏈 ⚽️ This outdoor, festival-themed event features local sports & recreation groups with over $1,000 in prizes to be won! It's a perfect chance to start filling up your summer calendar and it's absolutely free!😮 Food trucks, hands-on activities and demos throughout the day. 🤸‍♀️ See you there!!

We have restocked our disc golf selection! And - we are bringing the whole lot to the Cowichan Sportsplex Sport & Rec Fair on Saturday, May 2nd. Dwight and I will be showing off some disc sport skills (ultimate and golf) so be sure to swing by!
