🤠 THE RIVAL ROUNDUP: JORDAN SZACHURY
Born and raised in Dryden, Jordan K. Szachury has never met a competition he didn’t want to turn into a full-blown championship.
He’s raced snowmachines in B.C., gone skydiving more times than he can remember, plays just about every sport there is… and currently holds the Szachury Family UFC Belt.
So naturally, the next logical step was putting him on a mechanical bull. 🐂
After college, Jordan moved out west to race snowmachines and snowboard before eventually making his way back home to raise his daughter in Dryden. These days, he works as a welder at the mill and when he’s not working, chances are there’s some kind of competition involved.
▫️His first job? “Minnow boy” at his dad’s tackle shop, K&A Sport and Tackle.
▫️His favourite local spot? The baseball diamonds.
▫️His guilty pleasures? UFC, the Colorado Avalanche, conspiracy theories and 7-Eleven chicken.
▫️And underneath all that toughness? Watching Chihuahua movies with his daughter and girlfriend. 🐹
The mechanical bull might actually be the most normal thing Jordan does. 😂
But will all that competitiveness be enough to keep him on for 8 seconds?
