We have a 10 bay shop, shared with our Heavy Duty division. CVIP licence an asset but willing to train/license the right person. We are looking for a full time customer service rep with service and/or parts experience in the automotive industry and exceptional customer service skills.
We service and repair a variety of vehicles from cars and light trucks to heavy trucks and trailers (gas and diesel).
Qualifications include:
Valid driver's licence, exceptional customer service skills, good at multi-tasking/prioritizing, previous industry experience and good computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, manage client appointments and expectations, efficiently organize service workflow and ensure regular communication with technicians, create and finalize repair orders.
Wage varies depending on experience.
