The Audi Brand Specialist is the face of the Audi brand in our showroom. More than a sales advisor, you are a brand ambassador and a trusted consultant who guides clients through a personalized, consultative purchase journey. Key Responsibilities:
・Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, by phone, email, and digital channels in accordance with Audi Customer Experience (CX) standards.
・Lead the full consultative sales process: needs analysis, product presentation, test drives, financing options, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
・Master the full Audi lineup (from A3 to RS models and the e-tron/Q electric range), including technical specifications, driver assistance systems, MMI infotainment, quattro technology, and Audi Connect services.
・Deliver dynamic and personalized product demonstrations and test drives that showcase the Audi driving experience.
・Manage your client portfolio using the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
・Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, Audi Finance programs, and competitive vehicles.
・Participate in delivery experiences aligned with Audi premium standards.
・Collaborate with F&I, Service, and Parts teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
・Represent Audi Moncton at brand events, launches, and community activations.
・Achieve monthly sales, CSI, and Audi certification targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
・5 to 10 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive (luxury/premium experience is a strong asset).
・Valid New Brunswick driver’s license with a clean driving record.
・Fully bilingual (French and English).
・Strong technological proficiency (CRM, DMS, MS Office, social media).
・Willingness to complete Audi Academy Canada certifications.
・Professional and polished appearance aligned with Audi brand standards.
・Availability to work a retail schedule (evenings and Saturdays).
