We were deeply saddened to hear of the tragic collision involving an ambulance and a transport truck near the Confederation Bridge yesterday. We extend our deepest sympathies to the loved ones of the two paramedics and the patient who passed away in the accident. Our hearts also go out to the driver of the transport truck as well as the first responders who had to respond to an incident involving some of their own.
