Most riders know ECU tuning exists — but very few know what the ECU actually controls.

Modern bikes do far more behind the scenes than most riders realize. Throttle response, ignition timing, fueling, engine braking—mapping influences nearly every aspect of how a motorcycle behaves.

I wanted to explain what’s really happening inside a modern ECU, and why tuning changes much more than just horsepower numbers.

La plupart des riders savent que la reprogrammation ECU existe, mais peu savent réellement ce que l'ECU contrôle.

Les motocross modernes font beaucoup plus de chose en arrière-plan que l'on pensent. Timing d'allumage, réponse du throttle, comportement du frein moteur, limiteurs de régimes... La map influence presque tous les aspects du comportement d'une mote.

Je voulais prendre le temps de vous expliquer ce qui se passe réellement à l'intérieur d'un ECU et pourquoi une bonne calibration influence bien plus que les simples HP.

C'est l'heure d'une retraite bien méritée pour le race Bike 2025 de Alexandre Gougeon . 97.5 heures totales sur un bike très sollicité avec un entretien standard et aucun pépins mécaniques.

Safe to say our snowbike Power Package for the austrian 450s and 500s was put to the test for the last few winters. Great power and even better ridability helped many riders such as conquer the gnarliest terrains.

The power package incorporates the incredible exhausts and intakes from and a perfectly tuned GET SX1 PRO ECU to match this combination. ECU with mapping available separately if you already have the RP exhaust and/or intake.
