Sunday post? Why not... did some slicing and dicing on the Crew Cab project. Upper cowl and sides removed as we will be replacing these. Kick panels were removed as well as the cab corners as they were a little thin. Some pulls done on the hinge pillar as well, doors swung open to far and stretched the metal.

Found some nice little mirrors for Larry's GMC. Didn't like how they fit to the door and they were very close to the drip rail. Some deft trimming, a little welding and grinding and we are good to go! Smoothed out the tops of the bedsides, ready for primer. We will see some colour soon!

Rod blocked it flat, and now the Firebird Pace Car is in its final prime! It'll sit for a bit and cure before we get it bedlined inside and underneath! She's so straight, it's a shame to paint it white!!

Added new rear mounts to Larry's 48 GMC. The OEM shackles weren't doing the truck for cab stability. We also added urethane bushings to tighten it up even more. New project arrived, one of the CLEANEST GM crew cabs I have ever seen! Boys scraped out the seams and the firewall and we'll be adding a removable tunnel to clear the Duramax and Allison.

Passenger window done on the '48 GMC. Located the holes for the leather door panels. Nice and clean! Bodywork buttoned up on the Firebird project. Rod started fitting the ABS flares. Not bad, not great. Will need a little tweaking, just like everything else...lol

Rocker pulls on the Firebird project. Someone, at some point must have lifted here.. Dents pulled in the passenger door, and the bodywork complete. Started on the roof as well. Finally got the door glass in Larry's 48 to roll up and down. Took some tweaking and readjust but works very well! Also went to look at a new project that will make an appearance in a week or so...
