To customers out there looking at these e-bikes and scooters online. PLEASE don't buy them unless they have a good track record with customer service! I get calls all the time, and I used to try to help, but these companies are horrible, and I can not get parts for them, let alone talk with a service tech. So I will no longer fix brands I can't get parts for. Sorry for any inconvenience.
