1. Budget must be ~$15,000 or higher: We stay away from low value vehicle as they are prone to mechanical issues. We value our clients as well as our reputation too much to sell a vehicle that we are not confident in.💰
2. The process will work most efficiently and effectively if you are within driving distance of our location @ 550 windmill road and are available to come down and check out the car before you buy. (if you do ask for Ryan Hudson 😉)

3. Must be ready to purchase a vehicle! - Just so we don’t waste either of our time. I’m happy to help either way but if you’re looking to buy in the future and just exploring options right now make sure you mention it to me! ⏳
4. The less specific, the easier it is to find! (E.g. "I'm looking for an SUV under $30k" is infinitely easier to ac than "I'm looking for a 2018 Red Civic SI with under 50,000 KMs and my budget is $22,000 taxes in")
