Put your thinking caps on and join us this weekend for our first ever Woodsman Scavenger Hunt. In support of Sore Paw and the Ferals cats. So open your hearts and your wallets, bring cash and have some fun. You can win some nice prizes too.

When you register, you will receive a clue list. Here is what to expect.

See Photo below ⬇️ (ps there will be no photos, but you have the wide open trail to find the hidden poker chips.

This is Sore Paw. Join us this Saturday, June 20, 2026 for the 1st ever Woodsman Scavenger Hunt 2026 in support of Sore Paw and the other Feral Cats that call this place home.

This event is being held at “Convenience In The Woods.” Home of The Woodsman Grill, 3rd place winner of this year’s Burger Wars.

Registration time: Between 9am-1030am (The Woodsman Grill will be open for Breakfast to get your day started.)

Start time: 11:00am The Clue list will then be given to all registered players. Ready-set-go!!! Be safe, respect everyone and obey all laws and regulations. But most importantly Have fun!

Finish time: All poker chips found must be brought back to “Convenience in the Woods” by 4 pm sharp. All or any poker chips not returned to the store by 4:00pm June 20th will be entered into the raffle for the unclaimed prizes.

There is no cost to join, however, we are fundraising for vet care for the Feral Cats. So please open your hearts and your wallets and join us in a day of fun. (Please note to bring cash for donations as we do not have a bank machine on site) Thank You 😁

Parking is limited at the Store (parking down back), and there is parking at Crossburn (take the trail system to us)
Vehicles can be driven is most areas. Stay on the trail and do not enter private property. Prizes will be found from the trail (crown land). Please respect personal property and Nature.

We look forward to having a fun filled day and seeing lots of smiling faces and most importantly helping the Feral Cats.

The Woodsman Grill opens for the Weekend today at Noon til 730pm today, Saturday 8am to 730pm and Sunday 8am until 530pm.

Save The Date: Saturday June 20th.
Scavenger Hunt (follow the clues, find the poker chip, return it for a prize)

We will be hosting a Scavenger hunt back the trail system, starts and ends at Convenience in the Woods. Walk, bike, drive, however you would like to participate, it is easiest with a four wheeler or side by side but all welcome (some trails vehicles cannot get through all spots)

All proceeds from this day will go toward vet costs for the Feral cats who come to the store for food and shelter. One in particular. Sore Paw, a sweet kitty that showed up this past fall and hasn't strayed too far as we are raising money to get them all fixed up.
