Oil Change Technician REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY
- Sales Experience is Required ( Ability to demonstrate TOP Sales Experience is Key )
- Customer service Experience is Required
- Automotive Experience is Required
- Computer Experience in Required
- Wage $30000 - $60000 +
This role requires a very high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a changing environment , while providing the unsurpassed level of service our customers have come to expect and enjoy. We are a very busy shop , you must be comfortable in a fast passed environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to : - Determining the correct oil and Oil filter for each vehicle with the use of a computer. - Checking all the fluid levels in each vehicle. - Removing drain plugs and oil filters - Installing oil filters and drain plugs. - Draining and filling differential oils and Transfer-case Fluid. - Providing Transmission flushing service. - Providing Radiator Flushing service. - Recommend services based on preventative maintenance service intervals or individual vehicle needs. - Removing and installing air filters and cabin air filters. - Use hand tools and Computers. - General shop cleaning and stocking duties. - Providing Excellent Customer service every customer every time.
This position is a dual role. You will learn the Upper Bay role as well as the Lower Bay Role. There is room for advancement and a management position in the future for the right person.
