Happy International Women’s Day 🌷

Today we celebrate the incredible women who are part of our work family — from the women on our team to the wives and partners who support the hardworking men at our shop every day.
We took some time to step away from the tools and computers and enjoyed a lamp-making session together. It was such a fun reminder that strong communities are built not just through work, but through connection, creativity, and support.

Here’s to the women who build, support, inspire, and light the way, both at work and at home✨

Your hard work, dedication, and teamwork throughout the year are what make CTM such a strong and special place. It was so nice to step away from the shop, share some laughs, and enjoy a well-deserved evening together.

We’re incredibly grateful for each and every one of you and proud to work alongside such an amazing team.
