Daily Tasks (include but are not limited to):

👉🏻Ordering, shipping and receiving parts
👉🏻Maintaining a clean and organized work area

We currently have a part time opportunity for an office assistant interested in working in a growing environment within our automotive shop.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answering phones in a professional manner, forwarding, and screening phone calls, as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, emailing, and taking notes.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Scheduling appointments.
Preparing vehicle repair estimates and vehicle work orders.
Receptionist Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, assisting with various tasks as required.

We are looking for an individual willing to work in a busy environment, who is energetic with a good work ethic. Any previous automotive experience or knowledge is an asset but is not required as training will be provided.

Assisting mechanics with their daily operations
Picking up and dropping off customers as well as parts
