Calling all vendors!
Applications are now open for the 117th Cobble Hill Fair on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
Whether you're an artisan, maker, small business, food vendor, community organization, or exhibitor, we'd love to have you join us for one of the Cowichan Valley's longest-running community traditions.
With more than 5,000 visitors attending each year, the Cobble Hill Fair is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of a fun-filled day celebrating local talent, agriculture, and community spirit.

The 2026 Cobble Hill Fair Catalog is now available online!

Whether you're a baker, gardener, photographer, artist, woodworker, crafter, winemaker, livestock exhibitor, or hobbyist, now is the time to start planning your entries.

Entries are open now and can be submitted anytime until two weeks before the Fair. There's no need to wait for Registration Day, on August 8th.

Keep an eye out for the 😊 symbol throughout the catalog to discover categories with additional gift certificate prizes.

📖 Printed catalogs will be available throughout the community in early July.

Volunteers Wanted!
The 117th Cobble Hill Fair has been bringing our community together for over 100 years, and it simply wouldn't happen without the amazing volunteers who give their time to make it all possible.
Whether you can help for a few hours or the whole day, we'd love to have you join our team. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to lend a hand and be part of one of the Cowichan Valley's most cherished traditions.
As a thank you, volunteers receive a free full-day pass to enjoy the fair!

We are excited to begin planning another wonderful community fair filled with local talent, farm and garden displays, artisans, makers, food, family fun, and the traditions that make the Cobble Hill Fair so special.
