The company's first Canadian plant, located in Coaldale, Alberta, was servicing all of Canada and the United States from a single locale. Primary business activities surrounded agriculture and the transportation markets at the time. With rapidly growing industrial development, it was critical to expand with additional manufacturing facilities closer to key markets – including offices in Edmonton a

nd Calgary and a manufacturing plant in Surrey, British Columbia. Since then ITB has expanded into the United States under the name of TriVan Truck Body. Constant product innovation has led to producing highly customized truck bodies, trailers and enclosures for the Energy Sector, Emergency Response, as well as Utilities, Municipal and Government fleets. This approach has enabled the group of companies to grow market presence across Canada and the United States.

When wildfire season arrives, every second matters.

This custom Platoon Chief Mobile Command Centre, built by Intercontinental Truck Body, gives incident commanders a mobile headquarters they can rely on when operations move beyond the station.

Built on a Ford Transit platform, this unit provides a comfortable, connected workspace for coordinating crews, communications, and critical decisions in the field.

We're proud to showcase another purpose-built emergency response vehicle built right here in Canada.
