📅It was around this time, 2 years ago, that we built our first Great Escape Series home.

This unit is 12' wide and 36' long. This was before we got certified to the CSA. It was built and certified to the Ontario Building Code (OBC). This sleek-looking design made the unit feel a lot bigger than it is. The high ceilings and two-tier roof system kept the "warm and open" feel. 💚

Since than, we have built a few similar homes but nothing the exact same! 💎

last year, we were beginning our very first CSA-Z240MH Series home! 😁

This home got us certified to the CSA and we could not have been, and continue to be more proud. This is the product of hard work, sweat equity and determination by the entire team at the time! This home help put us on the map for building brand new, certified homes. 🏡

Today, one year later, we are still continuing to grow and strive to, one day, being one of the absolute best in Canada! We have undergone many changes during this time, however, and is needed in order to continue to grow. 🌱

Thank you ALL for your follows, likes, shares and referrals! We are here for the long haul! We are making an impact and we are being heard. You are all beautiful people and we appreciate each and every one of you! 💚

Some big projects are on the horizon.. 😊

Upgraded vinyl cedar shake for the exterior finish on this Great Escape series home. This unit is on its way to its new owner. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and business! 🫶🏽

This year has been very turbulent with new team members and big changes but we cannot be more excited for the future and to get this home where it belongs. 🤩

The Ontario government is offering home owners up to $40,000.00 in low interest loans to build or supply a secondary suite on your property. 💲

This makes it a bit easier for Ontarians to have a secondary suite to allow family members to live closer - be it an in-law suite, space for your university/college student to live, siblings or just to rent. There are some restrictions and eligibilities.

"Incredible" is how we would describe this initiative.

We are very proud to have this company on our side. Jayden's Mechanical has been doing some amazing work in and around our community and this is just another facet where they are proving that community is important to them.
