"Upon visiting the new & improved Escape Trailer showroom in Chilliwack, BC, I felt compelled to write about our experience. As US residents, we opted to make the drive to Canada to check out the models in person while visiting family in Washington and we are so glad we did. As current owners of a fiberglass trailer with intentions to go on the road full time, we are looking for a larger, more livable option for working remotely and traveling. I got in contact with Shawn a couple months before our trip and he was super accommodating of our tentative schedule. He even cleared his afternoon for us knowing we weren’t sure how long it would take to drive across the border, etc. The showroom itself is beautiful and the presentation is very well done, but what was really impressive was the hospitality we were greeted with. Shawn and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and let us take all the time we needed to explore the different models. He even had a different model brought around from the back so we could see a secondary layout of the unit we were most interested in and that was something he certainly didn’t have to do. Even though he knew that we wouldn’t be close to purchase for another 4-6 months, Shawn was still extremely attentive while also giving us our space to look and discuss amongst ourselves. Shawn was knowledgeable and charismatic and we overall really enjoyed our time there. The experience we had with him will have a direct impact on our decision to ultimately invest in one of the custom-built Escape trailers when the time is right for us. Thank you, Shawn & team!"
