Another return customer. Structural inspection, scale and Fluid Film last year before winter. Back for the repairs needed, new trac bar xmember, and outboard shock mount relocation. Gave it a further surface scale while it was disassembled, acid wash and paint over the rear section to prevent and further corrosion. Iced out with a full Fluid Film Black coating to finish things off proper! Back to Kelowna 👌

Return customer, repaired the cat area in 22' and the mid section splitting and inner stiffner plates in 24' still flawless AF. In this time for rear body mount corrosion repair, ac drain mod and Fluid Film Black recoat to keep things perfect. This baby has over 500k on the clock and I couldn't believe how minty it was under there ! Well done maintaining things doquette

2g Taco full frame spa service on repeat these days ! This one had to be saved, merica spec reg cab short box! Rebuilt engine, transmission, rear diff, all that was left was the chassis and thats been taken care now 👌 Headed back to Baja !

Oem rear frame delete and replaced with fully fabricated unit 👌 This one was previously repaired by the previous owner and still failed BIG TIME! The norm replacement protocol, full frame scale, phosphoric acid wash, primer coat, triple back, and Fluid Film Black topcoat.

Another full frame spa service! Full chassis suface scale, acid wash to chemically neutralize the corrosion, full primer coat, triple black top coat, followed by a heavy Fluid Film final coating. Mid splitting repaired and plate stiffners after fully welding the seams.

Another full-frame restoration completed on this low km 2nd G Tacoma that was well worth saving.
This truck had the typical mid-section splitting and separation at the multi-layer area — a problem all of these frames eventually develop. All factory rivets were removed, the underlying rust and corrosion were cleaned out, the seam was fully welded, and structural reinforcement plates were added for long-term durability.
The entire frame was surface-scaled to remove the old undercoating, which had stopped offering protection and was only trapping moisture. The frame then received a full phosphoric acid wash to chemically stop active corrosion. For this build, Fluid Film Black cheat code was applied for complete coverage while keeping the project within budget, the paint process adds a bunch of time. A full gallon and a half was needed, compared to the usual single gallon for standard Fluid Film after the paint process.
Proud to have brought another clean Tacoma back to life and ready for the wet, cold winter ahead.

Rear frame replacement + Chev 63 leaf swap was done just over a year ago.
This year we stripped the front section back to clean steel, acid wash → primer → top coat, then set it up with FOX 2.5 coilovers + JBA UCAs.
Finished everything off with an annual heavy fluid coating for rust prevention.
Old rigs don’t just “survive” in Canada — they’re built to.

Another full frame spa package for this Taco! Spent it's life up in Revelstoke hauling a sled around all winter and it was time for for chassis TLC. Full frame surface scale, Opened up the mid frame seam, removed the stack of rust then fully welded to prevent any further spread, then added dual side structural frame plates to add rigidity to the leaf hangers and rear chassis. Got almost two 5 gal buckets of dirt and rust off this girl, acid wash, primer and triple black coating followed up by a heavy Fluid Film coat. Went next level and tossed in some Chev 63's with 2 position hangers and shackle flip. Box stiffners, new inner splash guard with the ac drain mod. She's ready to send direct up the Coquihalla and haul that sled around Revy all winter 💪
