🔧 2001 Dodge Caravan – Suspension & Brake Overhaul 🔧

This Caravan received some much-needed attention to improve safety, ride quality, and braking performance.

✅ Front strut assemblies replaced
✅ Rear shocks replaced
✅ Rear brake shoes, drums & hardware replaced
✅ Rear wheel cylinders replaced
✅ Complete brake fluid flush performed

The old wheel cylinders were leaking, the brake hardware had seen better days, and the suspension components were well overdue for replacement. With fresh brakes and new suspension all around, this van is back on the road driving smoother, stopping better, and ready for many more kilometers.

Another repair completed right at the customer’s location. 👨‍🔧🚐

This 2014 Ford F-150 3.7L came in with severe drivability concerns and an engine that barely ran.

Diagnosis led to the timing system, where a failed timing chain tensioner had allowed the engine to jump timing. The result was piston-to-valve contact and bent valves. Further inspection revealed metallic debris trapped in the VCT solenoids, pointing to additional internal damage.

While the engine would still start, it ran extremely poorly and required extensive repairs. After reviewing the findings, the customer made the decision to retire the truck rather than invest in a rebuild.

Not every diagnosis ends with a repair, but every customer deserves an honest assessment so they can make the best decision for their situation.

2010 Ford F-150 5.4L full timing service completed 🔧

This truck came in with the classic 5.4 Triton cold-start rattle and timing concerns. A complete timing overhaul was performed using new cam phasers, timing chains, guides, tensioners, and VCT solenoids. Everything was timed to factory specifications and reassembled with new seals and gaskets.

No shortcuts—just quality repairs to restore reliability and keep this truck on the road for years to come.
