Who knew a toonie was so valuable? Your tires, apparently.

Once a humble shopping cart unlocker, it’s now a priceless tire-tread reader.

Just insert your $2 coin into your tread, see if bear paws are showing, and know if you’re ready to roll.

Have you ever tried the toonie test?

Welcome to the team!

Fountain Tire Campbell River would like to welcome our new owner/manager Chris Suriano to the team. Chris has worked for Fountain Tire for about 10 years now. His career started as a tire technician in Leduc, Alberta. He moved through the ranks working as a service truck operator, inside sales representative and then assistant manager.

Chris and his partner Erin moved to Campbell River just a short while ago. So far, they have enjoyed exploring Elk Falls, some local restaurants, and boutiques. If you have any suggestions on places to check out, be sure to let them know!

Chris is excited for the opportunity to share his retail and commercial experience with the Campbell River team and get to know the community.
