Got the Triton out and fired it up after a 20-year hibernation. Once around the block, stripped the bloody thing down; the pushrod tubes were leaking, and I could only find a 3-speed transmission.

It's time to put some girder forks on the 31 Panther. The late-model Triumph forks were on the bike when I bought it, and being a 1931 model, it should have girders. However, I couldn't find any Panther forks, so the Norton 16H forks will have to do. I should have done this years ago, pity the frame is not original.
