Still seeing posts pushing the claim that “Pierre Poilievre will remove all fuel taxes”, while ignoring what’s already happening.

If the concern is affordability, start at home.

Alberta still controls its provincial fuel tax.Why hasn’t it been permanently removed?

Instead, we get selective outrage and political spin, blaming Ottawa while giving a free pass locally.

And let’s be accurate: federal fuel charges have already been reduced or removed in key areas. So why keep misleading people?

This isn’t about helping Canadians.This is about controlling a narrative.

Immigration is a federal responsibility, not provincial.

So why is the Alberta government stepping into federal jurisdiction?

Critics are raising serious concerns:

• Is this about solving real problems or creating political division?

• What impact will this have on jobs, investment, and economic stability?

At a time when Albertans need:

✔️ Strong healthcare
✔️ Stable education
✔️ Economic certainty

Canada Not For Sale

Alberta has reportedly scrapped the environmental assessment requirement for a massive data centre project linked to Kevin O’Leary, described as potentially the “world’s largest.”

And once again, serious questions are being raised about Premier Danielle Smith’s priorities.

Environmental assessments exist for a reason:

• To protect water and land
• To evaluate energy consumption
• To ensure community impact is reviewed
• To maintain transparency and public trust

If regular developers must go through environmental scrutiny, why are mega-projects being fast-tracked or exempted?

This isn’t anti-development.

It’s pro-accountability.

Alberta’s resources belong to Albertans, not to politically connected insiders or celebrity-backed ventures.

When environmental oversight is weakened, the public deserves to know:

✔️ What was reviewed?
✔️ What was waived?
✔️ Who made the decision?
✔️ What safeguards remain?

Economic growth should never mean bypassing responsible governance.
