We're hiring! Pacesetter is looking for a Directional Drilling Coordinator to join our growing team at our SE Calgary location.

The DD Coordinator is responsible for the mentoring and coaching Pacesetter’s directional drilling consultants to ensure they operate safely and effectively without incidents. The DD Coordinator is the liaison between Pacesetter and the customer at a field level; they are responsible for coordinating tools and personnel to the correct jobs in order to meet the identified well plans. The DD Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team and Tool Coordinators to ensure profitability is maximized on all jobs through the correct application of our tools and processes.
