The goal was an early Christmas gift for this vehicle: a fresh set of Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2 tires.

With zero inventory available for the OEM 235/55R18 size, we verified a technical alternative on tire rack and sourced a set of 225/60R18s to get the client back on the road before the holidays.

Fun fact: Moving to a slightly narrower tire in winter is often actually a performance upgrade. A 225-width tire cuts through deep snow and slush more effectively than a wider 235-width tire by increasing the pressure on the contact patch, in the end, the client left with a setup optimized for the Calgary winter conditions.

A late-night WhatsApp regarding a blown sidewall turned into a next-morning solution. By 7:30 AM Tuesday, the vehicle was in the shop for a tread depth check and a safety-rotated spare to keep the client mobile.

We sourced a single replacement from our BC warehouse and had the job completed by Friday afternoon. No unnecessary upsells, just honest service to get the client back on the road for the weekend.
