Happy 5Hundy Friday! None of our 500cc or now our R600 engine would have happened without our Design Engineer stevebuffel. Today is Steve’s birthday. Let all wish him a very Happy Birthday and a BraaapOn!

6Hundy Sunday Update…. This week was super exciting for us. We were able to take the assembled engine model and install the transmission, oil pump, water pump starter and stator. Next we installed it into one of our chassis. IT FITS like a glove!Gearbox shifts too! If you are interested in getting an R600 please visit our website and fill out our Order One Today form. This will put you on an information list. I was also contacted by our foundry in Italy and they are making great progress on our cylinder tool/casting! Please like and share!

BRC R600 is happening! Yesterday we buttoned up the printed engine with transmission, starter, clutch, stator, water pump, and oil pump. Today, the first actual aluminum parts are being machined on our mill.
Steve and I are super energized seeing it come together!

Happy 6Hundy Sunday!!! Sunday’s will be when we post up our BRC R600 details as they happen. This engine is being designed for the 2007-current Yamaha R6 chassis. You will reuse your transmission, clutch, and water pump. Our 2 stroke engine will bolt into the chassis with no fabrication required. Expected output is 140+HP and will drop close to 100lbs out of the R6 bike!

R600 prints are coming out great! Cant wait to have all the other pieces done. The 3rd picture shows the last case piece printing. Unfortunately it decided to omit all bolt holes…. Starting the redo now. Lost a day of printing on that part. Second cylinder, transmission door (cassette extraction), and primary cover are printing now.

Happy 6Hundy Friday! BRC’s Head Design Engineer stevebuffel has out done himself on the design of our R600 v-twin engine. Here he is showing off the RH case with the upper cylinder in place. Our 3D printers are running 24/7 making our replica parts. We use the printed model to check fit of components, build exhausts, design airbox, make sure internals like transmission shifts, etc. what a feeling seeing it hanging in the R6 chassis.

BRC R600 cylinder #1 done and off the printer. We are in the process of printing the complete engine so that we can test fit parts, install in bikes, make the exhausts and airbox.
