It's end of the line with this Square.

We installed a Flaming River replacement column with a new lower shaft and u joints in this truck.

End of the line because the owner is retiring from driving and this beauty will be up for sale.

Always hard to say good by but it's usually see ya later!

Rolling along on this Mercedes 450sl project.

Full of surprises she is.

Replaced the full trunk floor,
Rear body panel,
Upper trunk filler,
Fabricated patches in all 4 wheel wells,
Fabricated the left front floor pan

And now doing repairs on some questionable previous repairs.

Trunk area has been painted the original semigloss black, the wheel wells and floor have been primed and undercoated. We are just about ready to epoxy primer the exterior bare metal.

Should be ready for some drop top summer cruising soon.

We fabricated the entire conversion structure on this handi able van.

We used box tubing and took a racecar type approach to the refurb.

Gave it back to the owner and helped them out with getting mobile again.

Had this sweetheart in the ship once more.

A few years ago we fabricated a new trunk floor and replaced the rear frame rails.

This go around the owner had Alberta Plating straighten and rechrome the front and rear bumpers.

We removed and reinstalled them , also needed to repair some brackets and also added a right side mirror.

BIG Visual improvement on this big girl.

Replacement front and rear bumper covers on this sedan.

A little bit of hidden damages but we got it all back together and back cruising the city streets.

Been dealing with this hotrod for a couple of decades now.

The owner moved to the island and ended up having hail damages poorly repaired while there.

Moved back to Calgary and tapped us to correct the multi colored mismatched paint.......and to repair some missed items.

I don't normally paint two tones this way but anyone that has painted a 5-6 or 7 roof knows they are freaking huge!!!

Laid out the green today and it looks beautiful!

Can't wait to see this one back together.

What a difference!

New pair of bedsides and outer wheel houses.

Made this truck look like a million bucks.

Add in that we had to cut the box off and repair a few of the bed bolt crossmembers.

Adriennes Westfalia Vanagon reject making strides.

Sandblasted the front reinforcement in preparation for the lower panel install
Epoxy primer laid out on the freshly cleaned metal.
Voila! All fit up and welded up.

Test fit all the lights and grilles during the process to ensure a flawless reassembly.

The sliding door was hiding some significant damages.
Spent a minute of two on the nails to bring the panel back into shape.
We were considering a door skin but logistics made that not am option.

We have some finishing touches to do and then tye entire van will be in epoxy primer ready for polyester fillers.
