Shortening a ford 7.5" i believe,
Machined and ID sleeve for centering purposes as tube was different diameter one end to the other, drilled some oil ports so there wouldn't be and fluid restrictions to the axle bearings. ordering custom shafts for new housing lengths.

Upgrading an ice auger so it has no slop and has 4140 steel quick fastener and bushing.

New gears setup . After 5th tear down to get pinion depth perfect. was amazing following a 0.006" backlash, Revolution gears are very nice to setup!.
Sometimes we do come across stuff that is not explainable and hard to except but the reason my truck just shredded a couple ring gear teeth is something I've never seen before. The pinion depth spacer squashed between the inner pinion bearing and pinion. Blew my mind. Too much supercharger maybe hahaha.
