A detailer on a fb group is asking how to clean this seat belt he has already used some detailing products and steam 🤦‍♂️ what he doesn’t realize is that seat belts are federally regulated and you have to stay with in the strict guidelines of how to clean them from the owners manual. He has now changed the structural integrity and if this person now gets into an accident and the seat belt fails he is now liable. There was a detailer in the US that did this exact thing the person later got into an accident and the seat belt failed and died the detailer was held accountable. Again please do your research before hiring a detailer. Detailing is more than just cleaning a car anyone can do that.

Seat shampoo on this 1969 Cadillac Deville and 1977 Chrysler Newport. Some times you just need your seats refreshed especially on old classics like this. We took extra care on these old seats where and when needed they came out great and the client was very pleased
