Webb Motors is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and friendly Licensed Technician or Apprentice to join our growing team. Our shop specializes in automotive, diesel, and powersports repairs, servicing a wide variety of vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities:
✅ Diagnose and repair automotive, diesel, powersports, and equipment issues.
✅ Perform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using service information and schematics.
✅ Operate vehicles and equipment for testing and diagnostics.
✅ Perform welding, fabrication, and component repairs as required.
✅ Maintain accurate repair records and a clean, organized work environment.
✅ Work with the team to complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Experience in automotive, diesel, powersports, or equipment repair.
✅ Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
✅ Willingness to learn and work across multiple industries.
✅ Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical information.
✅ Welding/fabrication experience is an asset, but not required.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
✅ Automotive repair experience preferred.
✅ Diesel repair experience preferred.
✅ Powersports repair experience preferred.
✅ Apprentices and technicians with experience in one area who are eager to expand their skills are encouraged to apply.
