See that MAX PSI number on the side of your tire?

That is NOT necessarily the pressure you should inflate your tires to.

Your vehicle's recommended tire pressure is usually listed on the placard inside the driver's door jamb.

🐱 "MAX" means maximum. Not "fill 'er up."

Your tires, your ride quality, and Tiggy will all appreciate the difference.

🐾 Tiggy's Tire Tips

Ever noticed the coloured dots or stripes on a brand-new tire and wondered what they mean?

No, the humans did not get bored and start decorating.

Those markings are used during manufacturing and installation to identify things like balance points and tire specifications. Most eventually wear off once the tire hits the road.

So if your new tires come with a little extra colour, do not worry. They are supposed to be there.

🐱 Tiggy says leave the decorating to the professionals.

🚨 MPI WINTER TIRE PROGRAM UPDATE 🚨

Thinking about purchasing all-weather tires through MPI’s Winter Tire Program? There is an important change coming October 1, 2026.

Starting October 1, MPI financing will only be available for tires designed and marketed exclusively for winter driving. All-weather, all-season, four-season, and year-round tires will no longer qualify, even if they carry the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol.

This does not mean all-weather tires are losing their winter rating. It only means they will no longer be eligible for financing through MPI’s Winter Tire Program.

If you have been considering all-weather tires and want to use MPI financing, now is the time to get them ordered and installed before the rules change.

We've been a little quiet on social media lately, but that's because we've been busy doing what we do best: keeping Westman rolling.

From passenger vehicles and farm equipment to commercial fleets and everything in between, our team has been hard at work helping customers get where they need to go.

Meet Hank! 🐶

Hank is a 3 month old Cane Corso puppy and our newest apprentice.

Current responsibilities:

✅ Napping

✅ More napping

✅ Looking adorable

✅ Occasionally waking up to inspect the shop

❌ Staying awake through an entire shift

Tiggy has volunteered to oversee his training, although he's already questioning management's hiring decisions.

Help us welcome Hank to the team! 🐾
