Today, the Honourable Evan Solomon, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation and Minister responsible for the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, visited Kumi Canada Corporation to announce an investment of up to $9.3 million. Mayor Leduc joined Minister Solomon for this exciting announcement. This funding will help Kumi modernize operations and adopt advanced technologies, strengthening their competitiveness and bringing more jobs to BWG.

Since 1998, Kumi Canada Corporation has been a leader in automotive manufacturing right here in Bradford, and this continued growth showcases the strength of our local economy.
