🚛 **WE’RE HIRING: CLASS 1 TRUCK DRIVER – EDMONTON, AB** 🚛
**EDMONTON-BASED POSITION** – Join the team at **Defender LTL**!

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to pickup deck freight & dry van freight in around the Edmonton area (primarily). If you’re hardworking and take pride in the job, we want to hear from you!

✅ **What You’ll Be Doing:**
• Safely operate commercial trucks and deliver freight on time
• Properly secure deck loads & dry van loads
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Maintain logs and required paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch, dock management, and customers
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

✅ **What We’re Looking For:**
• Valid Class 1 License
• Experience hauling both van freight and deck freight
• Long Combination Vehicle license is a asset, but not required
• Forklift/heavy equipment experience is an asset
• Mechanical/automotive troubleshooting skills are a bonus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

2 years in business today 🤍

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to our family. There have been long days, stressful moments, and a lot of unknowns—but also so much growth, pride, and gratitude.
